User Agreement

• 1. Use of the Service

  You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not misuse the Service in a way that may harm us or others (e.g. attempting to access restricted data or systems).

• 2. Access via Facebook / Meta

  If you connect your Meta (Facebook) account, you allow us to access certain advertising data you have authorized. We do not post on your behalf or access private personal information without your explicit permission.

• 3. Data Usage

  We collect and store advertising and campaign data from your ad accounts to provide internal analytics and performance reports. You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell or transfer it to third parties.

• 4. Account Restrictions

  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if: You violate this Agreement; You attempt to breach the system’s integrity; Required by law or requested by Meta / Facebook in case of policy violations.

• 5. Limitation of Liability

  We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Use is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• 6. Changes

  We may update this Agreement. Continued use of the Service means you accept the new terms.
